Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. A holding deposit of $1000 is required on the booking of a function. (This deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled with more than ninety days notice). When your menu and other arrangements (and an estimate for drinks) have been agreed, this deposit will be adjusted to 30% of the total. Balance of account must be paid at least 5 days prior to the date of the function or by special arrangement.
Our menu prices for special functions are based on groups 60 to a maximum of 120 people seated (or between 80 and 200 in a cocktail format). We understand that the first number of guests you nominate is only approximate.
The final number of guests is required 7 days prior to the function; this information is important for food ordering and staff numbers - therefore no reduction can be accepted after this date and will be taken as the minimum.

When assessing your numbers please remember to include the band, photographer, entertainers, M.C., etc. We offer two course meals to these important people at $40 per head.
