Our chef has a wide repertoire of Italian regional dishes – both traditional and modern. The selections below are just two examples of many, many dishes available to you and your guests.

Green Sicilian olives – marinated in di Lusso oil, rosemary and lemon zest
Bruscetta – toasted bread topped with fresh tomato and olive tapenade
Pizzetti – house made in our wood fired oven, with seasonal toppings
Grissini - Italian bread sticks
Served with sparkling wine, Vermentino or Pinot Grigio Vino Rosato (rosé) and Vino Rosso (red wine)
Entrée Alternate plate format
Zucchini flowers – lightly fried in di Lusso olive oil,
and filled with three Italian cheeses
Pasta farfalle – served with seasonal vegetables

Roast Mudgee lamb – a di Lusso favourite, served with Tuscan potatoes, Italian green beans and fresh pesto genovese
Free range chicken breast - served Tuscan potatoes, Italian green beans, cherry tomatoes and fresh pesto genovese

Ricotta pannacotta – served with caramelized strawberries
